The Student Union Electoral Committee, SUELECO of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, MAPOLY has announced the scheduled date to commence the Students’ Representative Council, SRC election.
As scheduled, the SRC election will hold on Thursday, April 4, while the inauguration of successful elected candidates will hold on Monday, April 8, 2024.
This was made known in a press statement released and signed by the committee chairman, Oluwatobi Matthew on Friday.
According to the statement, the scheduled date, written in its proposal, has been sent to the management, through the Director of Students’ Affairs, DSA, Dr Kolawole Amos, for approval.
The committee also added that the proposal was sent to the management on Wednesday, March 27 and is yet to be approved.
Therefore, the committee urged all aspirants to the office of SRC to be informed and prepared towards the scheduled election date.
In the same vein, it revealed that sales of SUEC form and screening of candidates would be communicated after the SRC election.
