The Social Directors across departments in the institution have opposed the Mask Party, organized by the outgoing Students Union Government’s Social Director, Afolabi Temitope, popularly known as Big Afo.

Press Club MAPOLY gathered this information from a statement collectively issued by all departmental social directors of the institution.

The statement stressed that the social directors will not support the mask party organized by the office of the Student Union social director.

In the same vein, they warn students at large not to honor or attend such a party as it is not orchestrated by them.

The statement reads, “In a collective statement, all Social Directors of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic have voiced their strong opposition to the upcoming Mask Party organized by a former Student Union Government (SUG) Social Director who is no longer affiliated with the institution.

“The unanimous decision underscores the Social Directors’ commitment to upholding the values and integrity of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic’s social activities.”

Therefore, the Social Directors emphasized the importance of maintaining a cohesive and responsible social environment within the campus community.

They urge all students to refrain from participating in the Mask Party and instead support officially sanctioned events that promote unity and inclusivity.

The Social Directors of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic reaffirm their dedication to fostering a safe and conducive social atmosphere for all students and faculty members.
